What you need

½ cup oat flour

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

⅓ cup milk

3 tbsp greek yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 In a small bowl, whisk together, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt 3 Add:milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla 4 Mix until smooth. 5 Fold in chocolate chips. 6 Reserve about 2 tablespoons of batter and pour the remaining batter into an oven-safe mug or ramekin. 7 In a separate bowl, mix together: cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth. 8 Spoon cheesecake mixture into the center of the oat batter. 9 Top with reserved batter. 10 Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top. 11 Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft. 12 Let cool for 5 minutes before digging in.View original recipe
